If you wish to return or exchange an item, please inform us within 5 days of receiving your receipt,
otherwise you can't receive a refund or make an exchange.
Please note that resell items cannot be returned or exchanged.
You need to request your returns merchandise authorization number.
This can be done by emailing email@example.com.
We will guide you through the process, and do our best to help you if you have any questions.
When returning/exchanging an item the cost is at your own expense.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until it gets in our store.
Dutch orders had to be received in our store within 7 days after recieving the item,
for ordes from Europe 2 weeks and outside europe 1 month. Otherwise we will not accept the returns.

It is also possible to return your product for another size or store credit in the store.
A refund can’t be received in the store.
Please make sure that the item is send in the same condition as received.
Shoes and other accessories that were sent in original boxes must be
returned in the same boxes. Please make sure that the boxes are
not damaged or altered in any way. When sending your item, please
use the same way of packaging as received.
We will charge an administrative fee of 10 euro’s for returning dutch orders for a refund,
for orders returning for a refund outside the Netherlands we will charge 25 euro's.
Please note that DAAD AMSTERDAM will reimburse the amount at your bank account whitin 30 days after receiving the product in return.
Store credit or exchanging the size for the first time is free.
After exchanging for the second time you will receive store credit.
For shipping within the Netherlands for the second time we will charge 5 euro’s shipping costs, outside the Netherlands we will charge 15 euro's.
